Pleated glitter tulle.  This finely pleated tulle in lipstick pink, is liberally sprinkled with glitter which makes it twinkle under lights.  The pleats are small (< 0.5cm) irregular pleats as shown in the close-up photo below. The photos above and below show the tulle over pink satin.
